“Love your bras”

“I have needed to return items at least twice. It's peculiar that there is no return info included with the mailing. It requires looking up the old confirmation, e-mailing, getting a ticket number and waiting for a response with an identification number. I do very much appreciate being able to re-use the packing box for the return.”

“It's been 2 weeks and still no package, when I bought it they said 5-9 days. I'm going back to shopping on Amazon where I get stuff in 2-4 days.”

“Your customer service is excellent. I was not even a customer, but I commented on an ad I saw on one of my pages, and got not one but two responses about my comment. Good job. Sharper Image is completely ignoring my plea to replace a wrongly sent item. they stink.”

“I contacted company stating I had not recieved package. Not conted back in a tiely manner. Also when asked if I wanted refundedor reshipped... it should have been shipped to me quickly or overnighted. I am still waiting on my package. Ridiculousness!!”

“Ive been a dedicated customer for many many years, buying all of my bras from you. I returned a bra recently because it didn't fit properly. You refused my return, saying it was dirty. I tried it on once, and put it back in the box , with the tags. They sent me the bra back. I complained about that, and you gave me a $10.00 discount towards my next order!!!!!! I could not believe this! NOT HAPPY !”

“Love the bras, ran a little small, im normally a 36 DDD probably need a 38 DDD or 36 F. Other then that they are great bras, definitely will order again!”
