I ordered 4 went to purchase them for $28.00 the order cut back to 1. Got an email saying they were now ready. Went to process the order still cut back to 1. Got another email saying ready now up to $40.00. I sent 3 emails saying this was wrong. I got an email in return saying they are ready and now $30.00 ten dollar savings - REALLY not impressed very poor service

Hi Louise, We are so sorry to hear that. I've had a look into your emails and can see how frustrating it has been. We currently have one rum raisin #840 and one #4049 in white. We are working on getting more stock, as we know how popular these bras are. Whilst i cannot "reserve stock" we can just keep notifying you when a bra is back. quick response on request to return an item...I just mailed it back a day or so ago...sort ofhard to swallow almost $10.00 to send UPS...live and learn I guess...I will buy from the dept store from now on

Label said it was the correct size of 36DDD, but it was TOO tight and the elastic was very uncomfortable.

Sorry, It was very difficult to figure out how to return an item that didn't fit. I was upset that nowhere did the price of items appear. Not good business!

Both Emily and another rep tired their best, but I still do not have any merchandise...will reorder ( as suggested) and cross my fingers, I guess.

Hi Carol, Did you get tracking on this? Unfortunately items can get lots in the post very easily. Did you have any proof of postage so we can show our warehouse?

This is the most difficult company to return something. It comes with no paper work. My bras came from 2 different places so I had to ask for 2 return requests. I will not buy from them again!I don't think they want you to return so they make it very difficult.

Bra was sized funny. It took 4 days to get the return number to send it back. I will not be purchasing from Brayola again.

Hi Carolyn, I've looked into this, as we take our customer service very seriously. It looks like you requested to return your items on Sunday. Our operating hours are Monday - Friday 9-5pm EST.
