“Getting an answer from Customer Service is tricky. I’ve sent several emails about a bra missing from the last order but no response. I’m assuming that it's not reaching the right parties . Usually the orders are received in full. The packing slip reflect two bras but only the DF3385 Bali Passion Comfort Minimizer Underwire was in the received package. The DF3463 Bali Comfort Revolution Wirefree bra was referenced on the packing slip but not in the received package. Order 38469173. Reference # GN#8002626/01. Ship Date4/9/2021”

“I really like the color of this bra (blue) and its versality yet being a size 42G I took a chance with a wireless bra and I need not to, I definitely need wire bras. They support me best, but I do like this bra but must wear additional support attire with it.”

“One of the bras, which I reordered, is great. The other was way too small in the band and the cup - too bad I had to pay to send it back since the sizing was apparently wrong. I probably won't order from Brayola again.”

“This is the second time I ordered. The bras were nice, fit well, arrived quickly. The only problem is that one of them smelled very moldy. Even after several washings, there's still a faint smell of mold.”

“Very pretty bra, but falls away from body at top creating a space. Keeping it, even though it is not perfect, because it is hard to find bras with small cups and wide bands.”

“The bra was well made but not true to to size . It was about 2 cup sizes smaller than it said . The return policy was easy to use but slow its taken me 4weeks to get a refund . This was my second attempt to get a brawithout success.”
