I measured myself exactly as it said on the website to and when I received the bra it did not fit at all. That being said I know how difficult it is to purchase garments like this on the web and I learned my lesson for the third time now not by only Brayola., but other companies. This just a purchase that needs to be made in the store when you have large breasts

Didn’t love the bra, not really comfortable after wearing all day. The sweatshirts are fine. Panties were too small, as is often the case with plus sized clothes. They looked, and are, stretchy, but very minimally. The quality is fine.

thirdlove doesn't charge for returns that don't fit so I will shop with them from now on

I love most of the bras that you have but sometimes the pictures do not depict the actual color which can be confusing. Also, your company isn't great on crediting back returns in a timely manner. Still waiting for credits from returns I sent back weeks ago.

I like their bras. Customer service leaves a little to be desired. I returned my bras and they’ve been shown to have been delivered last week but no refund has been initiated.

The fit of these Brayola panties is not exactly the same as my former ones. They are a little short in the body length. I ordered the same size as the others. However, I think that if I ordered the next size up they would have been too loose in the legs and waist area. The price was very good for cotton panties, it’s just the length that was a concern.

Before Covid, I would have said excellent!! I’ve ordered from you several times and had a great experience. But it seems like your adjustment to Covid has been rough. It took over a month to get my order....Covid or no Covid that’s just way too long.

Didn’t know you couldn’t just exchange bras if not right size . You have to return pay postage and reorder and pay postage again

Hi Patricia, We do not currently offer exchanges. Although Brayola provides free shipping on all orders in the US (over $75), we regrettably cannot offer free return shipping. My order of 3 bras arrived. The box contained 2 bras and a random TShirt. I sent a request for my 3rd bra and got a notification from your CS letting me know I’ve been reimbursed for the 3rd bra and to donate the shirt.

When I ordered it didn’t give me an option except to hit the after pay and I had to return the two bras. Not sure how that works but hopefully they will credit my credit card. When I reordered the bras in a larger size I used a different credit card. One thing I do not like is you can’t talk to anyone you have to email. When I use to call and talk with someone I loved it much better.
