The bra has superior lift, but the fabric could be softer, its sort of scratchy!

I got a quick return email on one item I sent back, tho it has not been refund to the account yet. Haven't heard on the second item that I returned.

If you have a perfect body this would be a great product. Unfortunately most of us don’t. I gave them to my daughter. Hopefully she likes her body in them.

Your bras are wonderful, but the other merchandise offered by other companies has been mediocre to poor. I will be returning half of the articles I ordered because of poor quality. I’ll be sticking to your bras in the future.

I really like the bra but there is way to much padding in the cups. When you wear a DD cup you don't need padding. I exist I could buy this bra with no padding.

I purchased two bras and had to return them. One the cups were two small and Brayola doesn’t offer exchanges at this time. The other bra was not what I expected it to be. It was not supportive and to sheer for me. Anyway they are both on the way back for a refund. Hope I can find a better fit in the future. Sherry A.

The shipping was awful when it went from aUSPS to DHL. Took about 10 days to arrive from “waiting for DHL” to arrive. If it went USPS all the way it would’ve been here 9 days sooner. Otherwise great service.

Delivery time took longer than expected, but not a huge deal. Not over-packaged, which I appreciate. Easy to return what did not fit properly.

I'm not happy with their return policy. Even though I hand washed my new underpants & bras they shrunk but I cannot return them.

Hi Ellen, The items are nylon and with some spandex that would not shrink. We do apologize, but due to the personal nature of the product we are unable to accept items that have been worn and washed. Regards, Brayola Support

I was unhappy that I could not exchange the bra i purchased for a different size. It had to be returned and a new one purchased
