“The products I recently ordered are great as always. I have been ordering for many years for myself and others. I have only ever had a piece or two that I wasn't pleased to have purchased. The service on my last order was not a positive experience. I order a gift for my mother n law that I needed as soon as possible. Because I had never had anything short of great service, I did not pay for faster shipping. My order was held up because one of the items was out of stock. I waited and waited. If there was an issue, I would have preferred the available items were shipped so at least I had part of the gift. I understand there would have been additional shipping if I had wanted a replacement item but to just hold the order didn't seem correct.”

“I love the Briarwood flags & the many other products I've grown to enjoy!! The colors of the house flags are brilliant. I display several flags a day on our 35 acres in SD. I have started Flags of the day to 10 friends. Receiving many responses back each day!!! Many wonder what company I order from & how many flags I have!!!! “I really like the mailbox covers with the magnets on the sides to keep them in place. I have about 6 or 7 and like to give them as gifts also. I bought a tote bag recently with a Spring time theme I am excited to start using it when the temperature's start to warm up. I would like to see the amount required to spend (49.00) to receive free shipping lowered especially for return customers.”
