I have always been very satisfied with the quality of Briarwood Lane products and as my windsocks fade from the hot Texas sun, I will order replacements from them. “I highly recommend this company, not just for the quality of their product. Of course the American Eagle mailbox cover is beautiful but what really impressed me was their customer sevice department. When I was shipped a cheaper cover that was discounted and put on clearance, I was angry. I pictured the hassle of stripping off the cover, standing in line at the post office and then waiting a week or more for my refund or the correct item. DDF answered my email within 24 hours and told me to keep the first cover and they'd be sending out the right product immediately. Wow! Any company can sell quality merchandise but the real measure of a business's character becomes evident when a problem pops up. Thanks again! I will certainly buy from you again! DS”
