“I love your flags, mailbox covers, and door mats. However I’m very disappointed at how the durability of your mailbox covers has decreased. I’ve had three recently that crumbled after I took them off the box after the first use. Usually is was one month for each one. They’re too thin.”

“I was disappointed to see Briarwood Lane flags being sold at Gabes & Ollies stores for only $3.99, I paid $7.95 each. However I do like the burlap flags that I ordered from you that weren't available at Gabes or Ollie's.”
