“Very disappointed. when we went to put our 3/4 in. Rod through the opening designed for the rod, at the end of the opening there was stitching in the shape of a triangle. The rod would not go thru. We had to remove the stitches which defaced the flag. Otherwise, a very pretty flag. What is the purpose of that stitching? Rediculous thing to have .”

“My flag holder arrived damaged (severely bent). I emailed Briarwood Lane support to report the problem. They responded immediately asking for pictures which I immediately sent. They responded back immediately saying they had notified the warehouse to send me a replacement. The replacement arrived in a very timely manner. They told me to dispose of he damaged flag holder. The whole process was seamless and easy. I was very impressed with their service.”

“Everything I got was just Great!!!! The home sweet home door mat, warm wish mittens door hanger and the Snoman wind spinner is kicking up quite a storm with the wind we just had. The other items were for gifts but I am sure the friends will love them as much as I do.”
