“These are solar lights so you save on electricity and your bill. The warm white is a very nice light. These lights give you what you are looking for in outdoor lighting. Our lights came on at sunset 6:45pm and at midnight I checked them and they were going strong. Very easy to put up and a long cord on the solar panel so you can place it to get the most sun.”

“Packaging and delivery was great. The light is exactly what I wanted in a room where I both read and watch TV. It is bright enough to reflect off the ceiling to read by and able to dim to low light for watching TV. Quality is good, easy to assemble. Durability and reliability is TBD.”

“I purchased the 1w 27ft solar string lights. We're happy with the product and plan to order a few more for other sitting areas. The lights stayed on for about 11 hours. The representative told me shipping would be 7 to 9 days which wasn't true.., we received them in only 4 days..., but hey, nobody's perfect right! Thank you Brightech”

“Brightech Company Review. If you want to great buying experience, look no further. This is the place you want. We are always quick to criticize, but slow to complement. I was so impressed by the people at Brightech I had to stop and find some way to express my appreciation for such an outstanding organization. There are many companies selling products on the Internet, but a product is no better than the people who stand behind it. After searching for a LED floor lamp on the Internet, I was attracted by a product advertised by Brightech. The website even had a video showing its operation. So I placed an order, expecting the same old email confirmation. What I got instead was a humorous letter from a “Customer Success Hero” sincerely thanking me for placing an order and welcoming me to their “Family”. I won’t mention any names here because everyone at Brightech seems to be exceptional. But, it didn’t stop there. Next I received an appreciation letter from another staff member (a manager who refers to herself as part of the team). It certainly seems like they all focus on the whole instead of individual parts. They may have individual roles, but it is clear everyone is involved in a flawless process. If you need to contact someone, I quickly learned they don’t call themselves “customer service”. Instead, they refer to themselves as a “Community” and customers are Family Members. Each email I received was personalized and the writer went out of their way to continually express their appreciation. I have to admit, this is extremely rare in a faceless online business environment, but some of the emails even included a picture of the person responding. First Class all the way! This must be a terrific company to work for as I sense the camaraderie and team spirit that permeates everything the customer sees. I’m almost hoping I have a problem with this product so I can contact them again (just kidding), but if I ever need anything in a product line they handle, I won’t even look anyplace else. I only found one mistake on the website. It says “1 Million Happy Customers”. Make that 1 Million and One (and growing daily).”

“This light w/magnifying glass & on wheels would do benefit my daughter that is battling ovarian cancer for the last year. She has taken up embroidery which has taken her mind of this awful illness. She sews into wee hours of the night therefore this light would help her.”
