“Ordered all imported German Beer, Did not receive one German Beer. Instead they sent me every Anhauser-Busch Product they had in stock probably because they cant sell and where stuck with it. When I notified them they told me they have the right to make substitutions. terrible company will never buy from them again”
“My fiance took the time to order me a box, picked out beers and a cheese she thought I would like. They didn't send anything she chose. They sent the wrong beers. They sent the wrong cheese. And when she contacted customer support they sent a copy and paste response about how they may choose to "substitute perishable items with non-perishable items." Will never ever use this company again after their massive failure in delivering what was ordered and providing customer support/service. Absolutely terrible. The products themselves were good. The company sucks”

Understanding what? that I paid for a product that I didn't receive and also it's ok that it came damaged? Don't purchase anything from this company what a rip off!”
“I ordered a gift for my brother. He loved the products, but the label said it was for him, from himself. The website says you can add a greeting card at no extra cost, so I requested one in the notes since there was no other visible way to do so. He eventually figured out it was from me, but I do wish BroCrates had made that clear from the start.”
“Loved the products and packaging but was disappointed with no option to leave a note or card. I also added a message requesting if a note could be left and still wasn’t. Thought for ~$140 celebration gift most people probably want to include some sort of note with the gift. Thanks for the great product though overall - just thought this feedback might be helpful!”
