“All the balloon collections I wanted were out of stock so I sent a WhatsApp to query when they would be back in stock and one was was available, so they updated the website straight away! I ordered 9 congratulations balloons for my friends business launch, she was delighted and the balloons were great! Really great experience and such pretty balloons!”

“Unfortunately, the balloon started to deflate a few hours after having it, the box was not properly sealed on arrival, and the tassel was tangled. I wanted to continue doing business with the company, but it's hit and miss. Not worth my time anymore.”

“The best balloons ever!! I got them already inflated, I ordered them by 2pm on the 14/12/2024 and to my greatest shock, the balloons were delivered by 9am the next day. They stayed inflated and I took them down on the 2nd of January 2025. I didn’t expect them to stay up for as long as they did, I am used to a 3 to 4 day thing and the helium balloons are deflated. This one stayed forever. The Customer service lady was exceptional, swift response and attention to detail, as it was delivered just as I wanted my balloons. Looking forward to the next Christmas home decor, I will be using this company. Good value for money.”

“I sent a balloon surprise to my brother who was in hospital recently. The whole process was very smooth and simple. Which was wonderful because I was ordering the United States. The balloons arrived on time, in excellent condition are were a big hit! When I had a question regarding the order, my email was answered quickly and professionally. So, thumbs up for customer service and communication. I ordered the purple monster balloon walker and three bright coloured star balloons. My order was delivered at the promised time and was correct. My 52 year old, baby brother loved it - as did the rest of his hospital ward. Yay for balloons. So, much more fun and jolly and value for money than flowers. Thank you! I will definitely be ordering again.”
