“I bought this for my wife on Valentine's Day. I had requested a message to be printed on the balloon which was done - however, the balloon was affixed back to front in relation to the teddy bear. A bit disappointing, but a lovely product anyway.”

“Very good customer service. The balloon group we ordered became unavailable when being prepared due to one of the key ones popping. We were contacted and given a choice of other options which was appreciated. Our balloons arrived on the day requested and were safely packed for transporting to our venue. Would definitely use you again.”

“The balloons were delivered on the selected day in a secure box. My wife was very happy with them and they are still inflated after eleven days. I can highly recommend Bubblegum Balloons and will definitely use again.”

“Normally great , on this occasion 3 of the 5 balloons were deflated on arrival. my partner even phoned and complained , which she shouldnt have to do for a valantines present. You offered to replace the next day but she declined the offer as its not valentine's then, when i came home from work she had tried to hold the balloons up with sellotape ! Not sure if you have refunded or a credit added to my account but would have expected you to contact me after my partner complained and let me know what you had done or was going to do, just checked my emails and only this email asking for a review ?”

“Absolutely fantastic! Lorna and team were present to make sure everything ran smoothly throughout the party. Our girls had the best time, and their friends are still talking about the balloon dome (their parents are too!) Thank you so so much for a fab party!”

“Very nice delivered on time ...The only downfall is that one of the small heart shaped balloons the helium started to deflate while we were cutting the birthday cake very expensive so didn't expect it to deflate so quick”

“Not a great experience, I called and requested the balloons I ordered be arranged as a bunch. I was assured they would be. Half arrive the day before bday and and the other half part of the balloon arrangement arrive a day later,deflated. So i was not satisfied or happy”
