“Simple ordering process. A good selection of balloons available to order. Easy to change delivery date at short notice. However, the balloon delivered was not the one that was ordered. When I contacted customer services to find out why it didn't correspond, I was told there were no more in stock after the original balloon was no longer fit for purpose. I was not contacted to choose an alternative balloon and the option chosen on my behalf was clear and ordinary. While I received a full refund, I was still very disappointed with the replacement, which may well be my last opportunity to buy the recipient a balloon. I therefore wanted it to be 'special'.”

“This was my first time as a customer. Sadly the balloon didnt arrive on time. This was due to an error on the post code. It should have arrived 3rd, and after contact customer service who I have to say were very pleasent to deal with the balloon did not arrive until 7th. I would recommend you leave plenty of time from ordering to when you want a delivery made.”

“The balloons were amazing and my daughter loved them. Arrived in great condition and on the day requested, the pet walker llama was one of her favourite presents of the day. Only slight improvement would be to let customers know their packages may arrive in two separate deliveries, mine arrived 4 hours apart so there was a slight panic. However, customer service were excellent and replied to my query to let me know DPD do sometimes split deliveries.”
