Received Booking confirmation from Budgetair and itinerary from Ryanair
Had to verify my identity via Ryanair website. They could not find my booking. Called Ryanair they said the email address associated with my booking was not the email address I had used to book.
Contacted Budgetair – they insisted it was, and that I contact Ryanair.
Contacted Ryanair again – they told me they could not access my booking with the information I had and to contact Budgetair.
This went on and on in a loop of multiple emails. No-one resolved the issue and I am still unable to verify my identity, so cannot use the flights, without paying a fee at the airport.
Had to book new ones. Attempting to get a refund from Budgetair – they are not assisting and still insisting I contact Ryanair. Which I have told them on multiple occasions that I can’t do.”
“It’s a huge Fraud company ….please avoid them at all cost ….my husband tried to book 4 tickets with them to go to Pakistan …they took away 2760 £ from his account instead of 1460£ and then he never received any tickets ….they aren’t even responding for his calls ….now he is struggling to get money back through bank …May they be rotten in hell and would die like dogs Ameen”
“I had the exact same experience as what the other people here report. As one of the reviewers say, I was applied "hidden" insurance costs to which I have never consented making me flight more expensive than booking it directly with the airline company.
I contacted immediately (minutes after I realised I was charged a price that is not correct) the customer service by email. There is no other way to contact them, the "live chat" is a bot and there is no direct line. They have been totally useless and since 3 days they says they can't do nothing but I haven't even received my electronic ticket.
It's a pure SCAM! This company is operating in a way that is unethical and goes against any consumer rights and regulations.
Worst experience ever! I will never ever use them again and please never buy from this platform, it ill be a huge waste of your time, money and energy!!!!”

My flight was changed - which I was happy with, but BudgetAir did not change the ticket to show the new flight/airport details - so I cannot get on the flight!!!
No contact number and the chat option is just a robot - no human available to speak to.
You can only contact by email, where they hand you over to another person then another person then another person and so on....
They don't understand clear instructions and you constantly deal with another person who doesn't understand what you are trying to explain. Something extremely simple.

I bought 2 one way tickets back on their website. Went all the way through check-out, and my credit card was charged. I then get a message that the booking is "pending" and that the tickets will be confirmed within 24 hours.
No-where in the buying process or check-out process does it say that the purchase is still subject to a 24 hour wait for tickets to be issued.
They take full payment during check-out.
A few hours later, I get an email that the ticket is not available. And that the payment will only be refunded in 5-10 days.
Imagine if you were desperate to buy a ticket. Now you have your money tied up for the next 5-10 days, that you can't use to try to buy your flight ticket again on another website! Scam Rubbish .”

“Never Never use this online booking company for lots of reasons they are a rip off I lost £3600.00 and missed overseas factory visits plus I also lost £2400 on my upfront hotel payment all down to Budget Air failing to provide my airline with my passport information I was ordered away at check-in gate took me 5 days to get this sorted even had to visit the embassy in Manchester as the airline told me I had a black mark against my name this was not correct
I will never make this mistake again in my life they say buy cheap buy twice well this is the case they have no online contact number that you can call they just have a chat button on their site to talk to a robot what good to you is this when you have an issue as you can only click on boxes with no area to key any words in they have a info email address and when you send an email you get a reply telling you that you will get a reply within the next 5 days what good is this to you stay away from these cheap online sites book direct with the airline or face loosing your money like I have it looks like lots of other customers have had the same issues
I am going to take legal advice to recover my lost money these online companies need to take some responsibility for their customers and not just take their money and leave them behind”

But when I tried to check-in I then realised that those booking references doesn't even exist! And due to the fact that they are a third party agency, they should carry the charges,instead they don't have live chatbot nor any contact numbers, so can't be found in any way.”
