“Never Never use this online booking company for lots of reasons they are a rip off I lost £3600.00 and missed overseas factory visits plus I also lost £2400 on my upfront hotel payment all down to Budget Air failing to provide my airline with my passport information I was ordered away at check-in gate took me 5 days to get this sorted even had to visit the embassy in Manchester as the airline told me I had a black mark against my name this was not correct
I will never make this mistake again in my life they say buy cheap buy twice well this is the case they have no online contact number that you can call they just have a chat button on their site to talk to a robot what good to you is this when you have an issue as you can only click on boxes with no area to key any words in they have a info email address and when you send an email you get a reply telling you that you will get a reply within the next 5 days what good is this to you stay away from these cheap online sites book direct with the airline or face loosing your money like I have it looks like lots of other customers have had the same issues
I am going to take legal advice to recover my lost money these online companies need to take some responsibility for their customers and not just take their money and leave them behind”

I purchased two-way tickets and it appears like a real booking , sending e-mailes with reservation numbers. But when I tried to check-in I then realised that those booking references doesn't even exist! And due to the fact that they are a third party agency, they should carry the charges,instead they don't have live chatbot nor any contact numbers, so can't be found in any way.”
“Horrendous experience with this travel agent. I paid over £1000 to go to Thailand, this was cancelled due to Covid in March 2020, it took over 3 years to get my money back. They removed their mobile number from their website, cut off live chats and phone calls. I gave up on getting the money back, they kept referring me to the airline and the airline kept referring me back to them. The single worst customer service I have experienced.”
“Warning: availability of flights isn't real-time on their website! Even after going through check-out.
I found a fare on their website. Went all the way through check-out, and my credit card was charged. I then get a message that the booking is "pending" and that the tickets will be confirmed within 24 hours.
No-where in the buying process or check-out process does it say that the purchase is still subject to a 24 hour wait for tickets to be issued.
They take full payment during check-out.
A few hours later, I get an email that the ticket is not available. And that the payment will only be refunded in 5-10 days.
Imagine if you were desperate to buy a ticket. Now you have your money tied up for the next 5-10 days, that you can't use to try to buy your flight ticket again on another website!”

“I've booked flights through BudgetAir. The airline postponed one flight by a few hours and cancelled the other, meaning many hours at one airport and waiting overnight at another. I called the airline to cancel and ask for a refund. They said I had to do it through BudgetAir, which has no helpline. I contacted the live chat, and the person at the other end said she couldn't help, but someone else would be in touch. I am still waiting.”

On chat they kept saying we can't help you and you have no right to get a refund contact Middle East airline, I didn't contact Middle East airline they keep saying we can't help you go back to budgetair when I bought the tickets from.
Now I'm taken legal action for both Bugdeair and Middle East airline.

“If I could give 0 stars I would! SCAM COMANY! I bought tickets on their website and then they sent me an email at 1130pm, the night before my flight, stating that my departing flight is cancelled because there are no seats available. They did nothing to accommodate and would not cancel my departing flight either. How the hell am I supposed to fly on my return flight if I can’t get to my destination in the first place? On top of that my “refund” is 20% of my total payment, which I’m not even convinced I’ll get back at this point either. When speaking to them you can only chat and the agent keeps giving the same scripted response that I should call the airline and deal with the them myself, that too in the middle of the night when the airlines aren’t even open to speak to? How is this company expecting the customer to correct their mistake? Why are they offering seats to a flight if they can’t guarantee the seats are available? NEVER BOOK ANYTHING THROUGH THEM”

They advised the airline had increases the prices but when I checked with the airline directly the price had actually fallen.
They also advised the refund will take 14 days which is obviously a very big inconvenience.”

“FRAUD ALERT - YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR MONEY
FRAUD ALERT! I can prove with mails, chat, bank transactions (money of 1000+ pounds completely drained) that these are very clever frauds. They will make a few tickets work and swindle the rest thereby making it look like they are actually a genuine company.
Few examples:
1. They will book flights with airlines that do not have a flight operating on that date with between those cities. And they will say please wait till the last date to confirm.
2. They take extra money for guaranteed cancellation/change and refund. When you want to cancel or change the ticket they will blatantly say that because of the airlines they will not refund anything.
3. The airline reference number they provide is a fake. Having spoken to the airline themselves, they say they are helpless because of such brokers inbetween doing the fraudulent activities.
I lost more than a 1000 pounds and couldnt take my flight, be careful and AVOID AVOID AVOID for your own good.
Also be careful - they will respond as if they are extremely professional and that the fault it elsewhere. Dont fall for it.”
“In reading through the feedback that this "company" receives, it hardly takes a rocket scientist to realize that this is a scam website. Why hasn't it been shut down when so many people clearly have been mislead into purchasing tickets for non-existing flights? I was looking for flights myself and found a mysteriously cheap pair offered through this website. I'd never accept anything so cheap right away, and so some light research led me right through this reviews page. I feel sorry for those who didn't check it out prior to booking with them. When something is suspiciously cheap, then there's often something wrong.”
“Please try to avoid Budget Air at any cost. I cancelled my flight last year and it has been over 13 months and still have not received my refund, I was informed that the redund was processed (pre-Covid), yet no refund. The contact is lousy and disgusting. Anytime that an email is sent to them, the response from Budget Air is an automated response.

“The website says airline fees for cancelation will be £100pp this is actually £300 and i was told it was 'probably a technical error' but regardless i had to pay for the technical error. Its impossible to get in contact with anyone live (the sceptic would say it might be because they aren't delivering a service). on top of all this i have cancelled a flight which was due in less than a months time and apparently the refund will take 16weeks.......... you read that correctly not days weeks 4 months to receive a refund. its shocking and a terrible company NEVER USE”
“This company is a con. We booked a holiday for four of us to go to Australia for Christmas. They have just cancelled 90 days before we are due to go. Also, they said it will be 8-10 weeks before we get a refund. Tickets are now double the price. How are we going to book another trip to Australia? Also, My partner has just been told he has terminal cancer and so I want to have this one last holiday with him before he starts getting sick. This company is a big con. Just keeping our money in their accounts for 6 months and breaking our hearts.”
