Same as all the other reviews. 2 years I’ve been waiting for my refund, for a flight cancelled by the airline, which they confirmed would be refunded. TOTAL SCAM. Fobbed off with the same stock email response for 2 years. I’m sure the money has been refunded, just not to me. Tantamount to fraud. These charlatans should be investigated by the authorities. Giving the industry a really bad reputation.

Don’t use this company because they wouldn’t refund money because I cancelled my one way air ticket two years ago but still waiting for refund. On that time they said, they will give nearly 60 % of total fair and with in five working days you will get your money in your account. Same time I got cancellation email as well from them. They don’t have any contact number besides making excuses all the time on emails. So please stay away from them

they won’t refund you money if something happens with the flight- this is a scam!!! I’m out $600 because no one would ever get back to me.

These scammers don’t even deserve one star rating . Absolutely terrible customer service , they don’t have a phone line and their chat feature is very slow. I tried to change my flight and they quoted an insane amount, it was more than twice the amount if I rebooked a new flight. They are very sketchy when you ask for information and evry agent quoted a different cancellation / change fee , which is just a scam. Please don’t use their service or you would be in for a nasty surprise if you need to change / cancel your flight.

They are scammers and wont return your money 100%. It went from them saying a refund will be issued.Then the refund became a voucher only and they then requested i contact the airline for a refund. The airline had nothing to do with the refund as this was just to put me off. Then they asked me for written proof, from the airline. Stating the refund can only come from budget air. They then went onto to deny any refunds. They will have an excuse for everything and have no telephone number to call them. The only way to contact them is to stay on waiting, all day long and be disconnected about 10times on there chat. DONT USE THEM !!

The worst horrible services. Stay away! I had a voucher from covid restriction that I wasn't able to use cause they not supporting credit on them website anymore. Them systems is a robots who response the emails who never helps. The worst horrible services I never have in my life

Experienced the worst customer service ever from this company. It takes them 3 weeks to respond to your change request. I lost over £250 due to their poor service. I will never use this service ag

The worst experience in my life! You can't contact customer service at all. Stay away from these scammers!!! I canceled my flight and because i was sick covid and can't travel International flights because the rule now they don't want give me my money back or credit back. It is ridiculous, I wasn't notified about this policy before. OF course, they won't return my money. Stay away from these scammers!!!

Having agreed the total invoice price,I gave my card details for payment.I paid by Visa Debit which afforded me a £10 discount.I pressed the payment button,and when the invoice came through there had been £11.99 added for no apparent reason.It did actually say it had been payed by Mastercard,which I don't even own! I contacted Aer Lingus,and they too had the higher price on their own invoice.It became apparent that the additional charge which was previously totally unmentioned prior to booking,was Budget Air's own costs to use their own Mastercard to make payment to Aer Lingus for my flights..AN ABSOLUTE CON AND TANTAMOUNT TO STEALING IN MY OPINION.Never again.

Take your money no contact just emails address took 270 out of my 470 ticket totally scummy Company no morals should be shut down but they are in Holland with no abta or anything in.placr you book with this company at your perils

Cheater.. Cheater... Becareful.. I bought tickets with Budget air but refunded only the 30% of the amount which they confirmed over the chat..

I booked a flight to Canada in Feb. 2020 to travel in August 2020, could not go due to covid 19. Ever since then I have been e mailing Budgetair and also West Jet and still have not got any satisfactory answers and still no refund. Budgetair now tells me via their chat line that it's now been cancelled, why? I asked and got no answer, so e mailed them and still got no answer. I wish I had read these reviews prior to using them.

I've been waiting 11 months for a refund from this outfit. they hadn't even applied to the airline for a refund it seemed. In other words they're the very worse of cynical zero service fraudster operators and if anything goes amiss with your booking or flight no amount of pestering will ever see you get satisfaction from their stone wall 'customer service' operation. Avoid this company. I will involve lawyers next because it's a matter of principle. #budgetair.co.uk

I can't put into words how upset I am. This is a giant scam. Had a flight booked Aug 22 - Sept 5 and was flying somewhere to get surgery. My surgery was cancelled as the hospital was full due to COVID. I absolutely could not contact a single person at BudgetAir to ask about flight changes. There's a super useless "chat bot" that never seems to help. I got through to a few "agents" who asked what my question was, once I told them I needed to change my flight they would disappear. I probably chatted with 40 agents with them dropping off. I figured I had lost my money and was so choked but felt helpless. They don't answer emails and they DO NOT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER. Now that it's November, I have a new date for surgery and I tried booking through the chat bot again to get a new flight (hoping maybe they would honour past flight that I tried cancelling numerous times as I had proof) This time, a guy named Vaishali was """"helpful"""" and said "yes I can book for you, Dec 15-31 but flights are more expensive so you would have to pay a fare difference as it's Christmas time" and I figured as much, so he happily charged me $170 of a fare difference, and said there was a $70 administration fee. I figured well I'm already this far along and now someone is finally assisting so, ok. I paid. He said an eTicket would be emailed to me within 24 hours. Within this time period he sent me an email saying there is a ‘change fee' of $79 as well. I was like WTF? I've already paid $240 in extra fees. Now you're tacking another one on after I've paid? And I thought grrrrrr they've already got a bunch of money but OK HERES ANOTHER $79 (you can see how they send links through to request more money). And then he says eTICKET will be provided within 24 hours. AND THEN I GET ANOTHER EMAIL saying "actually the $79 is for inbound and $79 for outbound as well. We need another $79. And then I called him out saying this is absolutely a scam, why on earth wouldn't you tell me this all up front. You've had multiple opportunities. How am I to know that if I pay this THIRD payment that you won't turn around and ask me for another? He said "ma'am we cannot book your flight until you pay this" so here I go again and pay $79. And now it's radio silence. No eticket. No emails from Vaishail. Nothing from BudgetAir. It's been days. No one speaks to me on chat. I've been scammed out of even more money than my original ticket. I'm horrified. Disgusted these guys aren't shut down.

Don’t use this company. It is a rip off. Selling other companies tickets plus adding their fee. Customer service is a laugh. If your flight is changed or cancelled you will never see your money back.

Don't do it! I bought a Ryanair flight from BudgetAir but found when I tried to get a Boarding Pass I was directed to Ryanair who didn't recognise the BudgetAir reference. Ryanair had an online verification thing whereby you uploaded a picture of your passport. I tried this about 6 times and finally gave up and bought another ticket from Ryanair directly. There's enough stress getting all the Covid paperwork in order without this worry.

Please please stay away from company. Do not book any tickets from this travel agent. They just take your money and you will not get nothing out of them. Yotal scam and fraud. Please report them. I did everyone do .
