“Excellent customer service. You can also opt in to pay for carbon offsetting, so I pay £2.73 a month and they let me know how many trees I’m paying for etc. I can’t afford much, but this is really “unicorn” of them. Somehow they just seem to spread a feeling of kindness, and most of us need a bit of that.”
