Excellent service. Transparent in cost flexible and the best customer service I’ve known at a energy company. Energy cost are cheaper than most other providers.

Joining them was a breeze, their app is also excellent in tracking your daily use. I earned £100 in referral fees which went through hassle free. I joined in February 2021 and one month later there was a price rise. We’ve been told there will be a second price rise in June 2021 so we felt there was no alternative but to switch to a competitor offering cheaper rates.

Communications from Bulb were very clear. The monthly direct debits seemed to be set at a reasonable level and didn't immediately increase when unseasonably poor weather increased energy consumption. Its early days but I trust this company to offer fair and competitive pricing. Their TV advert is TERRIBLE.

Bulb are my first experience with a gas and electric company after recently buying my first home. They’re the cheapest company on most comparison sites with the added benefit of being green! They’re app is simple and user friendly and all the staff have been great in answering any questions and queries I’ve had! Would recommend (and you get £50 when you do!!)

Very pleased with the tarfiff when I initially transferred to Bulb when I lived in London several years ago and was sad when I thought we would have to leave after moving recently to the New Forest. Very pleased to find out I could also have my account here too! Customer interaction is very proactive and the ability to submit readings oneself helps to keep your account up to date and not paying for energy that you have yet to use.

Amazing experience with this company, exceptional prices and rewards for introducing others to them. Emails sent to keep customers informed of any updates and reminders of payment dates, and outstanding customer service.
