Your bills are clear, the reasons why you increase my payments are justified and clearly explained. With regard to customer services .... excellent ... answers are provided, rings back, when needed, are done. Emails followed up. I have moved to Bulb from Scottish Power .... because of satisfactory previous experience of your billing and customer service.

Have been with Bulb for a number of years now. We have just moved house and stayed with them. Very impressed. Any problems we have come across over the years have been sorted very quickly and efficiently by the staff who work for bulb. The staff are always very polite and very well trained.

Have been with Bulb for 3 years and in two separate houses and always found them helpful and efficient on the phone. Bulb's email and SMS messages are crystal clear, something greatly welcome. Probably not the cheapest energy supplier these days, but changing every few months to save a few pounds is a nuisance. In my experience, the cheapest is rarely the best. Bulb's green credentials are important to me but talking to a real person on the phone when/if there is an account issue is essential. I can see no good reason to switch any time soon, and even if there is almost certainly going to be another price hike in energy bills.

I came to Bulb as a referred customer. The prices are competitive and so far I have no problems with the service. Once enrolled as a customer I requested smart meter installation. My new meters were installed within 5 days with no fuss or problems either. I would recommmend Bulb to anyone.

Moving to Bulb has been a great experience. The transition from my previous energy provider was easy, with Bulb giving very straightforward and regular instructions/updates. And all smooth since joining. I like the way Bulb tell you each month how much electricity/gas you’ve used. Thoroughly recommend.
