We have found it is easy to change to bulb and are delighted with the service. We read the meter on a monthly basis to make sure the monthly payments are sufficient, so far all is fine. We thoroughly recommend people to change to bulb!

Never had any problems with Bulb, but you do need to take their cost estimations with a pinch of salt - best know exactly how many KWH you use per year - only then will the costs be accurate. In our case, they estimated around £80 per month, but based on our actual usage from the previous year, I estimated £127...and guess what...it is still £127!

Came from SSe as I was told that bulb was cheaper amd oh my gosh they were right,Bulb support team was helpful changing my account from SSE to bulb.the electric and gas is really cheep I would recommend anyone coming for another network to try bulb
