We would recommend Bulb to anyone and are very pleased that we changed providers to Bulb. It was very simply and straightforward - no hassle - only took a few minutes, it is also a lot cheaper than our previous supplier with a very easy website, which is important for us oldies. I read the meters each month so that I can keep our account up to date and can see how much gas and electricity we use. My brother-in-law recommend Bulb.

Happy with bulb, like they take monthly readings and your bill isn’t estimated. All done online, no paper waste on bills and communications. Green energy really appealed to me and that the price was very competitive.

Such a refreshing improvement compared with decades being a customer with several previous energy suppliers. Rates are more than reasonable and Bulb’s customer service has been prompt, professional and helpful (I found British Gas to be positively hostile). A nice touch is the £50 for introducing another customer! I strongly recommend Bulb!

The ease of change over was fab and the continuing ease of use is great, we stupidly changed over to Scottish Power some time ago but luckily we moved home and we're able to use Bulb again. Phew!
