“Bobby James' customer service was a blessing. I ordered 250 books and he had to do a special run from the printer and we hoped they would arrive in time for a Patriot Day appreciation lunch we have planned on 9/11. Well, the books were shipped a week early and are expected to arrive today! Bobby kept me informed every step of the way. Thank you so much, to everyone on your end who worked to get this order completed on time! Shannon Johnston Southwest Church - Outreach Manager”
