“My order was not correct. I only received the books and not the workbook, which was a part of my original order. I placed a time-sensitive order. The class starts this Sunday. We will not have the workbook in time. This is not satisfactory.”

“We ordered and paid for books in June for the upcoming session of dFree in September and only received notice 8/23 that one of the books is out of print but had been approved for a reprint. We are now holding our breathe that the books arrive before our 9/11/17 start date. This is very poor service when we did everything right to ensure that we had the books in advance”

Hi Pamela, we're very sorry for the uncertainty in your order's delivery time as a result of the reprint. We fully understand your frustration in having to wonder if the books will make it in time for your event when you had placed the order so far in advance. In this case, unfortunately we weren't notified of the need to reprint until August, at which point we reached out to let you know. Situations like this are the exception rather than the rule, but they do happen from time to time, and we're sorry that your order was affected by it. We appreciate your candid feedback and we hope to be able to serve you again in the future.
