"It's been 2 months and I haven't received my full order. They won't cancel it, or refund it or deliver it. The one that I have received after 52 days of follow up is so cheap and transparent. On complaining about this, they said it is mentioned in the description that the fabric is transparent. When I want to recheck the description, the item won't open from the order page. If searched through the website, it is not anywhere. Customer service is very bad. At first they kept me waiting for 54 minutes. And later they are not receiving my calls at all."

"Fraud company sell third class low quality product and no return policy because know that most of the product return due to cheap quality show misleading photo and video of product and cheat the customer hard earn money beaware before purchase. Clearly make your mind that you waste your money. "Worst service ever. I ordered a dress from their website and it reached in very bad condition the cloth was almost torn and the threads were coming out. I asked for a replacement of the product, after many mails they agreed to replace it. I returned the parcel next day to their pickup service guy and it successfully reached the warehouse still they are not dispatching fresh piece and I'm writing mails and trying to contact them from last 20 days."
