“I had the same issue as customer Natasha Jan. This was my first time shopping at Bunaai. The designs looked so fabulous! Since I've had a problem with the wrong sizes being delivered by other sites, I carefully picked size L, assuming that I could always have it altered in case the clothes were too big. After placing the order, I did not recieve any delivery update for over 10 days! It was only after emailing them my concern, they replied saying it would be dispatched in a week or so. Finally my delivery arrived. Although the clothes looked really good, they were two sizes smaller than L! At first I was shocked (and thought I got too fat). I checked with an inch tape and found the stitching to be for two sizes smaller! Was really upset as I had ordered so many things in bulk. Upon sending them another email, requesting an exchange of sizes, I got a very curt reply asking me to check the exchange policy. Although I am in total agreement of their terms and conditions, I think it is very unprofessional to sell wrongly sized clothes and insist that i must be mistaken. Found them to be unprofessional and not likely to help or address any concerns. Sorry guys, your stuff looks great, but you really didn't send me size L. clothes. I would've even paid extra to have them exchanged but your reply was so rude and off putting. Never buying again”
“I have bought from Bunaai before and I had a good experience in terms of prompt customer service and quality of the outfit. However, this time, I was very very disappointed. When I initially enquired about the outfit, they said they have it in stock and as soon as I will do a payment, they will ship it ASAP. I have been very frustrated with their customer service ever since I made my payment.
First of all, once I made my payment, even after few days I was not issued a tracking number. The team emailed and advised me that I will be notified through a text message, but that never happened. I kept emailing them and messaged on on their Instagram page and was told to call on the company number. I tried so many times, even today but the phone is switched off. I was emailed my tracking number day ago.
I received my outfit yesterday and the outfit is stitched nicely but not to size S that I ordered. The pants size is alright but the top is so tight! So tight that my shoulder is uncomfortably tight which makes the neckline look so stretched! The bust, chest and waist area is so tight too!
Now later when I took off the top, I saw that on the underside of the top that is the lining, it was labeled XS with a white chalk which I suppose the tailor marked obviously when stitching. Im so glad I just noticed it because that’s how I figured that they cheated me and sold me XS outfit to me by stitching an ‘S’ tag on it.
Now, because I have bought from Bunaai in 2016, I can literally compare the sizing of my old outfits (S) to this outfit they cheated me with (XS). The size is noticeably different. I tried calling them many times but their phone is switched off. I sent them an email but they didn’t reply. The good thing about messaging them on Instagram is that you can see that they have “seen” the message. On IG they told me to email them the complaint to their email address! In their reply, they said that they do quality check from their side, they don’t exchange sizes for international orders with no remorsefulness in their apology.
This company is so unprofessional! Greedy for quick payment! Worst customer service! Does not issue tracking details on time! And sends the wrong size of outfit, yet claiming that they do quality check before shipping!”
