Even though the dresses are bit pricey I have ordered them as I loved the dresses but it is disappointing that I can’t wear them as the fitting is not right for me. It is either the size description in there size chart is not right or they have sent me the wrong size item but couldn’t exchange it with bigger size as their policy indicates no exchange on sale items so check twice and try ordering a bit bigger size than usual”
“DO NOT. I repeat. Do not buy from Bunaai. They are so not customer friendly, extremely rude. I ordered a top/tunic from them and:
1. The quality of the cloth was horrendous to say the least. The color was different from the displayed pictures.
2. The size was too big for me.
3. There was a small hole in the armpit area of the top. When I told them that it's torn they said that I must have ordered a small size and that I must have torn it. The top was big for me how could I have torn it? So easy for them to blame their customers for their mistakes.
They don't have a return policy and exchanging is exhausting. Complete waste of money for me. Disappointing to say the least.”
