Kindly check your sales, you must be loosing customers. For the Kurta set which was Rs.2800 before was been charged now at 4000. fluctuation in prices might happen in all the places, but not sudden increase in prices . check you revenue and compare the number of buyers, you might be missing many buyers due to your price category... prices are very very very high”

They should mention this clear right on their product page instead of having a 2-3 pages long return and exchange policy. As a customer, we usually don't spend time reading the lengthy TnC before buying anything online. They used this customer behavior to trap customers and forcefully sell their products.
