“The quality of the kurta set received for the price is very bad. The zipper is not working, the pant size is too big. The customer care just doesn’t care they have a common reply no returns or exchanges. When asked why was it not mentioned they just told it’s mentioned in terms and conditions. But if they have such a ridiculous policy they should mention in bold letters before making payment. Shittiest policy I’ve ever seen.”

“The designs look good on website but i have got no update on my prepaid order for over 10 days! They haven't even shipped it yet. My money is stuck. They do not pick calls even after i wait for 30 mins. They don't reply to emails. Horrible.

I have received wrong sized pants with a right sized kurta, substandard cloth that tore after the first use, and zippers that never work. For a long time I was willing to pay the prize for the designs. But not anymore. There are many shops now selling better designs.
