“The TV arrived as ordered. However, it was the when and how of arriving that was not so good. I chose BuySmarte because it claimed 99% of deliveries would arrive the same day or the next day. Living in the third biggest city in Australia and having ordered a standard, popular TV, I had faith that this would be the case. The TV arrived on the 5th day after ordering and this was an issue because we were in isolation and our current TV wasn't working anymore. Also, I was told I would receive an email and/or a text message before it was going to be delivered. Instead, I heard some shuffling at the door and opened it find my new TV had arrived. What if I was back at work? On the policy it says someone has to receive it and if no one is home they will deliver it another day at extra cost. Disappointing. Was I the 1%?”

I would like to clarify that our website advertises that 99% of Orders dispatch Same day or Next day. We received your order at 1PM on the 24th of March and it was dispatched the same day from our warehouse in Sydney. Your order was delivered 3 business days later to your location in Queensland.

Monday afternoon received a text to advise delivery would be Wednesday
Wednesday morning received a text to advise delivery between 11pm - 1pm, then, same day received a text to advise it would be 7minutes away
The doorbell rings the delivery arrived and no sooner did I get to the door they were there waiting to bring the TV in - that is what I call 10star service”

But the driver send the two big TV on 21st March, I have to arrange someone open the door for him and I don’t have a key! And the driver disagree to put the two big TVs in to the house!!!
