“I ordered the LG C3 83-inch TV on a Sunday afternoon and it was delivered in 3 days to Rockhampton. The updated text messages from the transport company kept pushing the date back. It was Christmas time so it was expected. It turned up a day earlier than the original date time frame so I can't complain. It was the quickest and easiest experience for me to buy online. The price was also cheap. I will order from them again in the future.”
“The product was fine - but the installation was poor. They did not balance the machine or remove the bolts at the back of the washing machine, which is critical for the machine to work. I had to have an independent handyman come to the house to fix it and balance it. They simply unpacked it and plugged it into the PowerPoint and connected the hose.
I paid for the removal of the packaging, yet they said I hadn't- after a debate over the phone with the driver, he did come back and pick up the packaging; this could have been avoided if the customer invoice aligned with the delivery instructions. Price was excellent”
“Bought a TV from Buy Smarte. Spoke to a gentlemen on the phone (can’t remember name) and he was fantastic. Assisted me with exactly what I needed and was very friendly, accomodating and professional. Delivery was organised for next day which I was very happy with.
Only thing stopping me from giving a 5 star was the 2 delivery crew BOTH asked and used my toilet. They actually spent more time in my toilet than the delivery itself. I understand sometimes nature calls and there are extenuating circumstances. But both of them? I’ve always maintained that no person should use the toilet of a client (extenuating circumstances excluded).”
