The delivery was delayed and the Buy Smarte staff found out the delivery progress and the cause of the delay, then the delivery was done in 1 hour of initial call to the Buy Smarte staff. The delivery men were physically very large but very courteous and answered questions in a kind manner.”

Only slight downside was that the courier would only drop off the (very large) item to the ground floor of our commercial building - via the main front door. Two staff members had to assist.”

Bit of a problem at installation as the boys had no tools with them to attach the new hoses etc and remove the old washing machine but I had tools here.
