“While shopping online for a soundbar, I accidentally fell upon Buy Smarte. At first, I was not sure if the advertised price was right as it was $100 less than the manufacturer's black Friday sale. Having decided to buy the soundbar, the online shopping was easy as, but the best part is the speed in which it was delivered, in less than 24 hours the sound bar was delivered. Thank you for the excellent service.”
“Great price and service.TV delivered next day! Slight problem with remote not included in box but with a quick phone call an apology was given and the remote was delivered the next day by courier. Old fashioned service.”
“Extremely good service from Buy Smarte and prices are excellent (though I bought my tv just before the Black Friday sales, price now is even better) An added bonus is that Buy Smarte have free delivery and a fantastic range of products.
The courier company they use are prompt and I had no issues with the delivery.
Would highly recommend Buy Smarte”
“They were very easy to deal with and they were very prompt.
I can say they were in fact better than likes of your Harvey normans and Bing Lee stores.”
“Great service. Politely answered all my questions, never lost patience. Delivery process was seamless. TV is working beautifully, no markings or imperfections indicating it’s a factory second. Save a heck of a lot of money.
So far so good but time will tell. Hope I never have to find out what the non factory warranty is like, if track record to date is any indication I’m sure it’ll be fine. Thanks you guys, great work.”
