“Extremely good service from Buy Smarte and prices are excellent (though I bought my tv just before the Black Friday sales, price now is even better) An added bonus is that Buy Smarte have free delivery and a fantastic range of products.
The courier company they use are prompt and I had no issues with the delivery.

The delivery was delayed and the Buy Smarte staff found out the delivery progress and the cause of the delay, then the delivery was done in 1 hour of initial call to the Buy Smarte staff. The delivery men were physically very large but very courteous and answered questions in a kind manner.”

“Great communication, great service and a fabulous priced washing machine die to carton being damaged.....very happy with the sales service. Bit of a problem at installation as the boys had no tools with them to attach the new hoses etc and remove the old washing machine but I had tools here. The new hose wouldn't fit and the drainage hose was too short for my configuration so my husband had to work on that and figure it out.”
