Diss appointed. A gift for my wife's birthday. Discovered that the place and date that she would have liked were not available only after I had paid. Looked on Booking. com and hotel and date were available. Wished I had booked directly. Feel conned.

Hi Ian, we are sorry your date is not available with your voucher. All the hotels that we work with do aim to accommodate as many Buyagift customer bookings as possible, but some hotels may be fully booked at certain times. The hotels do have a set number of room allocations for Buyagift vouchers and once this quota has been filled they may have to advise certain dates are fully booked. To minimise any disappointment this may cause, the hotels will always try to make extra rooms available where possible. In addition to this, Buyagift always aim to add information regarding limited availability to the product webpage and also to the My Voucher site. If you are unable to make a booking with any of the hotels of your choice on your preferred dates, you are always welcome to extend or exchange your voucher. Simply log into www.buyagift.com/myvoucher to either: · Extend the validity period of your voucher for a further time period (validity periods will be clearly shown for all hotels) OR · Exchange your voucher for a brand new experience - another hotel stay or something completely different.

It wasn’t presented in a luxury box as it stated nor did it come framed as stated. Something framed to me has a boarder around the edges & we got a piece of board mounting the certificate with metal clips leaving in prints on the certificate. Not worth £24.99

Would help if you used a delivery company that bothered to knock rather than leave parcel on the doorstep in the poring rain and you find that everything inside is ruined

Won’t be using buy a gift again. Delivery was promised in time for a friends special birthday, however, it came a week late causing me embarrassment. No help offered even after we chased it up. Very poor service, will not recommend to anyone. I am also out of pocket as I had to buy a second gift voucher.

I cannot understand why you would sell a spa package for a company that you cannot currently book spas with. So now I have purchased a voucher that cannot even be used.

I was not happy with the Christmas Tree decoration I ordered from your site, it was cheap and tacky, you could not even see the inscription clear, made in tin, it cost me 23 + usd dollars, not worth the money at all.

Hi Dorie, I am afraid we do not sell Christmas tree decorations, therefore you have left a review for the incorrect company. We did work with a UK based company called Wish.co.uk, however they are no longer in business. If you have purchased physical goods through Wish.com, this is a different company and can be contacted via email at support@wish.com or by calling 1-800-266-0172 – please note this is an international number. I brought tickets to walk over the o2. However on the ticket it says you can book Friday to Sunday. However when you call the o2 you can’t book it on a Saturday. When I called your team they called the o2 and apparently the o2 had changed their policy which seems unprofessional by buyagift and the o2

We visited the site of a Segway tour near Bristol to see its location but The whole site has just changed hands and they are not doing them anymore so the gift I brought for a Christmas present cannot be used so I would like a refund please. Very disappointing.

You offer a birthday gift which I purchased as a birthday present for a friend . This was a ride on a steam train & cream teas for 2 in the railway cafe . The only stipulation mentioned was the offer is only available March to October, presumably due to the weather restrictions. I informed my friend to check what days are available to use the gift before the end of October. He was informed the trains are not running & the cafe is closed due to the Covid restrictions . When I booked this gift there was no mention of Covid restrictions. My friend is now unable to use his gift on or near to his birthday . If you are offering birthday gifts you should also mention any restrictions that also apply to that gift at the time of purchase . It is only when you try to use the gift that you are informed due to Covid restrictions the gift cannot be used at this time . So very dissatisfied with this company.

I purchased a voucher for revolutions afternoon tea with cocktails in March I booked a date with revolutions in Ipswich but then the world went into lockdown and revolutions had to close before my friend and I could go. I tried to get a refund but was told I wasn’t entitled as the voucher had been used. I was not very happy and will not buy a voucher from this site again
