The process was good but I am not sure how you worked out the saving of £20. We paid £39.99 for a three course meal for 2. However, the menu in Zizzis offered a three course meal for £17.95 each from a much larger choice menu than the Buyagift offer. This would therefor have been £4.09 cheaper if we had just visited Zissis .

All prices are signed-off by our suppliers before the vouchers are released for sale, and although we are not a discount site, we do strive to reach the best deal possible for our customers. These “offers” are nothing but to sucker you in to ringing the company who then up sell and pester you for 30 minutes to buy the add ons, and present it in a way that there’s no point booking the free event as it’s not a full experience. Better off just calling the company yourself and bartering a price

As front line workers my partner and I, were really looking forward to our spa day. However, after purchasing the 2ppl spa day experience with 1x 25mins Treatment we were unable to use all of the facilities at various clubs. Given the current situation/government guidelines I can see how this would be difficult. But, there was no information provided by BuyaGift when making the purchase. We are now left with a spa day experience and treatment voucher without being able to use this at various venues. Frustrating as we would never have purchased knowing all of this.

Phoned the contact centre several times today and each time I choose options I was cut off. Eventually I choose the option to buy something new & then it was answered. I asked for a 2 vouchers to be re-sent to me from the same order. Only one was sent. I phoned again & again no answers, then the next time it said there was no one able to take my call due to staff training. This was only 10 minutes since I spoke to anyone. I did the on/line chart & the response said I had to wait 7 days for an answer. Appreciate the current climate but this poor customer service

2 nights break away !! Costs more booking through buyagift than the actual hotel and other sites !! And the small print says it's only valid monday to thursday otherwise it's a £50 supplement at the hotel..The hotel I stayed at was on booking.com for £59 a night £118 for 2 nights and I paid nearly £200 (£140 on buyagift site + £50 at the hotel) all in all buyagift is definitely not value for money and feel ive well and truly been ripped off !!! Nice city hotel perfect location just bought from the wrong company #buyaripoff never again book your activities/stays direct and save money

In purchased a voucher for afternoon tea at sharrow bay hotel. No one told me It is not open at the moment. Have ended up paying again for another one at another hotel. Still trying to get a refund

Booked Anfield stadium tour.....booking site not accepting voucher code. Same thing happening that seems to be the norm.....cant get through on telephone...closed for staff training and no response online......well and truly ripped off.

Hi Ross, Thank you for leaving a review. All the hotels that we work with do aim to accommodate as many Buyagift customer bookings as possible, but some hotels may be fully booked at certain times. The hotels do have a set number of room allocations for Buyagift vouchers and once this quota has been filled they may have to advise certain dates are fully booked. To minimise any disappointment this may cause, the hotels will always try to make extra rooms available where possible. In addition to this, Buyagift always aim to add information regarding limited availability to the product webpage and also to the My Voucher site. If you are unable to make a booking with any of the hotels of your choice on your preferred dates, you are always welcome to extend or exchange your voucher. Simply log into www.buyagift.com/myvoucher to either: · Extend the validity period of your voucher for a further time period (validity periods will be clearly shown for all hotels) OR · Exchange your voucher for a brand new experience - another hotel stay or something completely different.

I bought my husband the E Type jaguar experience and we can not book on any course. We have tried leaving phone calls and even emailed them but they do not respond to either

A voucher worth over £100 never arrived and I can't get in contact with anyone to see where it is. The lack of arrival also means the recipient is not able to receive the gift on their birthday. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed...purchased a two night hotel break yet one after another hotel we tried to book was either fully booked until September or only available Monday to Friday or not available at peak times (presumably during the summer) so I guess we’ll have to hope that by the winter somewhere will have a vacancy:(

Voucher ordered on 8 June, payment taken on 8 June, today is 15 June and STILL waiting for voucher. Would have given NO stars if this was possible. PS No one has made the delivery and I can't therefore know whether the item is damaged!

bought a gift from cafe rouge and have found out 2 days after ive paid they are close to going out of bussiness i suggest anyone else using this sight checks very carefully before they pay any money to it so you dont get dissapointmentshould not still be able to advertise on this site blame the site to

If you are worried that you may lose the voucher, then rest assure that this will not be the case and you will be welcome to exchange your voucher to a different experience. Rest assured, you will be able to use your voucher, no matter what, but we'll sort this one closer to the time, depending on how the situation has evolved.

Just purchased a cafe rouge produced and found it they are going out of business and have known for a while they should not take people money now it's a disgrace

Not impressed cannot book a few days off from work. The ferlowed people I bet can book a break. Us still working have to fit them in our annual leave time.

We do state the voucher expiry both pre and post puchase, to ensure customers are aware of when their vouchers need to be used by, sorry if this was missed.
