I had a bad experience as I did not buy anything someone hacked my PayPal account and bought a spa day and I cannot get the money back as no one believes me so I am not happy sorry I am sure the Company is really good but I cannot afford to buy anything from here and so understandably upset.

Paid by Paypal, no form appeared to fill in delivery address. Emailed immediately, received response 4 days later. Agreed sending it to me in France was silly, so readdresed to correct address. 4 hours later recieved another email from different person asking if I really wanted it sent to France. Sent emails of morning, they double checked and said oh yes, it would now go to correct place. Several hours later I received an email to say it had just been posted to France. Then the next day yet another email stating it would be delivered in France that day. Although finally did arrive at corrrect address in time, it was very stressful experience for me.

Always order through buy a gift and never had a problem. This time I ordered for an 18th and 60th combined and the voucher did not arrive in time. Tried customer services but they are not open on Saturday which was the 5th day of delivery so didn’t want to call before as it says 3-5days delivery. Really disappointed and had to explain to the birthday peeps

Never received confirmation email have since try to contact you several time any nothing! Aboustle waste of money and I hope you see this and finally respond to me as I want my money back!

We was bought a 2 day trip in Paris with hotel and excursions included for a wedding present , I was married in September and called up in October to redeem my voucher for April I was told I was too early and call back in the new year I since decided to redeem for end of may I emailed to redeem my voucher 10 days later I was told I was unsuccessful with my date choices as I am now too late. My voucher runs out in July and this gift seems so stressful and definitely not straightforward to redeem I have now put forward 4 more choices . Everything seems such a bother when I call the staff . I am now been told I'm on a waiting list as half term is priority . My advice don't bother with this company . My voucher cost my brother £700 I'm sure he will be horrified when he hears of the trouble I am having It seems this company buys cheap limited places then sells vouchers at top prices leaving it a lottery to what their customers get

Hi there, All the hotels that we work with do aim to accommodate as many Buyagift customer bookings as possible, but some hotels may be fully booked at certain times. The hotels do have a set number of room allocations for Buyagift vouchers and once this quota has been filled they may have to advise certain dates are fully booked. To minimise any disappointment this may cause, the hotels will always try to make extra rooms available where possible. In addition to this, Buyagift always aim to add information regarding limited availability to the product webpage and also to the My Voucher site. If you are unable to make a booking with any of the hotels of your choice on your preferred dates, you are always welcome to extend or exchange your voucher. Simply log into www.buyagift.com/myvoucher to either: · Extend the validity period of your voucher for a further time period (validity periods will be clearly shown for all hotels) OR · Exchange your voucher for a brand new experience - another hotel stay or something completely different.

Not a bad experience but I bought the tea for friends and have never been there myself. They haven’t used the voucher yet so we can’t comment

Hotel cancelled on us because of flooding and buyagift won't let us rebook until the hotel (who presumably have other things to worry about) give them written confirmation, despite forwarding the cancellation message that we were sent. Very poor service, wouldn't recommend.

The website was not working so I made my purchase on the phone. Everything seemed to work fine, got my email with voucher n. and a pin code with the instructions to how to proceed booking the experience with the provider. Did it all only to be told right at the end that the voucher was I quote: "fraudulent" which felt really offensive. When I called the support (waiting a couple of days as they don't do weekends), I was given a half baked explanation following which I asked cancellation and a refund. I really hope to get my money back now....

This system is put in place to protect our customers cards from being fraudulently used. Totally disgusted. This was a 50th surprise for my partner! Not anymore!! Brought a One Night Break at a Luxurious London Hotel. Tried using it as per instructions got through to hotel went through voucher verification to be told I couldn’t use my voucher as all rooms allocated to the voucher system were already taken. BUT if I wanted to pay full price I could book a room as they had plenty available!! REALLY!!!! And all it would cost me was another £100 pounds for the night plus the cost of breakfast that was already included in my voucher.

RUBBISH . EVERONE I HAVE GIVEN THEM TO HAS HAD TO ADD MONEY TO GET WHAT THEY WANTED.USUALLY HAVE TO GO TO THE OTHER END OF THE COUNTRY OR HAVE TO GO MIDWEEK.NOT VERSITILE.SOUNDS GREAT WHEN ADVERTISED .

i am not sure what to do. i have received the gift number but no pin. i was not able to give the voucher to my friend as it was not clear how to redeem it. i am now trying to redeem it for her but without a pin i cannot do this.

A very difficult website for tourists to deal with. We had to put in a UK postcode and we were visiting..... very difficult. Then the instructions to go into something a put a pin number were very vague. The company we purchased a voucher from - The Hilton at Park Lane were not interested in us, and we received very rude service. We think this was because we were using a voucher. If they don't want people there who may not be in the position to stay there, they should not be offering the voucher.
