Whilst I am happy with the product and the delivery time I am not happy with your communication. I wrote to you on the same day I purchased the product, it read; "Could you please assist. I purchased the below gift this morning but forgot to put BLACK26 in in the voucher code. Could you please reimburse me the 26% OR credit me the amount as I’m sure that I will use buyagift again sometime in the future. Thank you for your assistance. Kind regards," To date I have NOT had a reply !

I ordered some boots 2 weeks ago, I called to chase where they were. I was told they got lost in transit and would ask the Warehouse to send a replacement Immediately. Still no boots..... or any correspondence stating what’s happening with my order. Terrible service

The problem was with booking the experience! Staff were very unhelpful and was told I would have to wait until February to book the experience unless I wanted to book for 10pm. As the experience was for my 7 and 8 year old the time was not appropriate.

From ordering and the delivery would qualify for five stars. For the product, didn't even want to give one star. When the engraved gin glass arrived, truthfully when I took it out of the box I actually thought I'd been sent One in error with no engraving. It was only when I looked really closely could I see it. Totally disappointed and a waste of money as won't be giving it to the person it was intended for.

I went through ‘easyfundraiser’ which means that a percentage of the amount I spend is forwarded to a nominated charity and the amount was not credited, I have had to submit a claim for this - disappointed.

Bought an experience with discount recently. Gtreat. Had an email today asking for feed back. Iam glad that I browsed the site looking for deals first. Went on to find 24% off today, 16th November,1 day left. Lots of other deals£10 off for couples etc,50% off action ,25% off for students etc Problem- the discount code would not pull back! Only 2 letters visible peeking out a the end of the blue ribbon. The last 2 letters were AT. Have some more gifts to buy, but even going to site where other companies discount codes were including yours there was no way to unpeel the blue ribbon hiding the code. Other companies on search deals tab were Book people, John Lewis etc. Very disappointed! If there is a 24% deal to be had with one day left, the code should be visible. I suppose that you could point out " the while stocks last comment", but it would be hard to believe that all of your stocks were gone, especially when you had no idea what I wanted to purchase. Had good service in the past. Very unhappy and disappointed today. could you please give me an explanation . regards Margaret Watling

I bought a Birds of Prey Experience as a present, expected: An introduction to the birds and how they are trained Time to handle the birds yourself An incredible aerial display My husband got time to handle the birds with 27 people!! No aerial display, no detail on training and very little additional information on the birds. The experience started 45 minutes late. Would definitely not recommend this.

Beware of this company! We was given a dinner date experience for our 40th wedding anniversary, first is you can only book up a meal in listed restaurants which is fair enough. When we arrived at one of the listed restaurants we were given a menu specially for the voucher, which is fair enough but a big but it was the cheaper meals! We know our dinner date voucher cost £60.00, our three course meal cost £31.00! You can only use the voucher once! Absolutely day light robbery!
