Purchased a weekend away on Tuesday morning. A week later, I’ve not received it and had no notification of any delivery. A shame as the point of ordering the envelope was to give it as a gift for a birthday tomorrow.

Voucher didn't arrive for a retirement presentation at work, depsite paying for next day delivery. Following 33 minute phone call a 2nd voucher was sent on same day delivery. original P&P refunded.

Gift was not available when arrived at restaurant. Applied for refund using the refund but Buyagift said you have to call in. Why? A refund option exists on the site and as the gift was not delivered a refund should be offered without lots of hassle. its bad enough the gift wasn't available without having to jump through hoops to get a refund.

I ordered a gift voucher on 17th October and it’s now 26th October and I still am not in receipt of my gift card. It’s spoilt surprise for my sisters 20th wedding anniversary today!!

Hi Simran, We are sorry to hear this. We have a 60 day refund policy, if you are outside of this time your refund will be declined. However you are welcome to exchange online free of charge up to the same value if your experience is no longer suitable. I hope this helps!

Terrible customer service. Could not book my experience with the supplier, so I contacted customer service. It's been over a week with no resolution, and I have had to chase everyday. Would not recommend!

Orders many times before and never had a problem. This time the order never came in the post, got an email but not the same when it was purchased for a gift and paid for it to be delivered

The two 25 minute treatments only lasted 15 minutes. Furthermore, when training in the gym, members of staff were cleaning in and around myself whilst holding HEAVY weights above my head. Later on after showering, I was attempting to dry my body and put clothes on, when another member of staff was cleaning the floor, in and around my feet. Completely unsafe and unnecessary

How did you do? Worse than useless. I ordered a spa day voucher on Wednesday 11th September, for my partner's birthday on the 14th. It is now Tuesday 17th, and the voucher has STILL NOT ARRIVED! I will be contacting you tomorrow morning to discuss this further. A very dissatisfied customer.

Very disappointing, I had to also send a text to the recipient saying why i was sending it & who it was from, As there was no option to write a note with the online purchase!

we spent ages trying to find an overnight stay with dinner that fitted in with their limited availability, ie. not at week ends or not in summer months at all. we finally found one and gave in to paying a further £20 to stay on a friday night! and looked the pub up only to discover that the cost to stay overnight with the meal (one course and a glass of wine) was at least £60 less that the cost of the voucher and the £20 extra charge... total rip off

We are constantly checking prices to ensure that we always offer our customers amazing value. The rates we agree with our partners are fixed and do not fluctuate based on seasonality or popularity. What we offer is a 10 month flexible voucher allowing the recipient of the gift to book their experience within this time-frame. Our prices reflect the prices we are charged by our supplier and we must add our own costing's on top of this such as our marketing costs. The voucher was great but the venue unclean! unclean! Unclean! what else can I say ? . The contracted cleaner company needs to be changed , staff need to be trained , rooms need major maintenance not just a lick of paint , grounds are beautiful main house is beautiful from the outside but inside again needs all of the above , the courtyard and woodlands should be closed for cleaning, refurbishment and general maintainance on the outside too , any pics of the gym and pool should be off the website as not a true image of the bad state it is in , pool/snooker room unusable , sauna out of order jacuzzi out of order , limited choice for breakfast on a couple of days , I could go on and on

Bought a buy a gift card. Two nights for one Bed and Breakfast. Spent over two hours trying to find a hotel who would accept the voucher on a weekday trip. After the two hours and speaking with one of your customer care staff who was very helpful. The lady asked me to hold which I did for 15 minutes before she came back and said she agreed with me. Luckily, I only purchased the evening before so was able to claim a refund.
