I ordered a gift paid extra for postage for next day delivery, but it came 2 days late and I missed giving my sister her 50th birthday present so not very happy customer!!!

Very disappointing, I had to also send a text to the recipient saying why i was sending it & who it was from, As there was no option to write a note with the online purchase!

we spent ages trying to find an overnight stay with dinner that fitted in with their limited availability, ie. not at week ends or not in summer months at all. we finally found one and gave in to paying a further £20 to stay on a friday night! and looked the pub up only to discover that the cost to stay overnight with the meal (one course and a glass of wine) was at least £60 less that the cost of the voucher and the £20 extra charge... total rip off

All prices are signed-off by our suppliers before the vouchers are released for sale, and although we are not a discount site, we do strive to reach the best deal possible for our customers. The experiences we sell are aimed as gifts for recipients or for personal use but our site is not aimed at providing experiences for a cheaper price. We are constantly checking prices to ensure that we always offer our customers amazing value. The rates we agree with our partners are fixed and do not fluctuate based on seasonality or popularity. What we offer is a 10 month flexible voucher allowing the recipient of the gift to book their experience within this time-frame. Our prices reflect the prices we are charged by our supplier and we must add our own costing's on top of this such as our marketing costs. Although there may be some rare occasions when an individual supplier is offering a lower rate on a specific date, all our vouchers have additional benefits, such as unlimited free of charge exchanges that would not be provided when booking directly through our supplier. I am very sorry that you feel the pricing of this experience is not quite right, so I have passed your feedback across to our marketing and buying teams who continuously review our customer feedback. The voucher was great but the venue unclean! unclean! Unclean! what else can I say ? . The contracted cleaner company needs to be changed , staff need to be trained , rooms need major maintenance not just a lick of paint , grounds are beautiful main house is beautiful from the outside but inside again needs all of the above , the courtyard and woodlands should be closed for cleaning, refurbishment and general maintainance on the outside too , any pics of the gym and pool should be off the website as not a true image of the bad state it is in , pool/snooker room unusable , sauna out of order jacuzzi out of order , limited choice for breakfast on a couple of days , I could go on and on

Bought a buy a gift card. Two nights for one Bed and Breakfast. Spent over two hours trying to find a hotel who would accept the voucher on a weekday trip. After the two hours and speaking with one of your customer care staff who was very helpful. The lady asked me to hold which I did for 15 minutes before she came back and said she agreed with me. Luckily, I only purchased the evening before so was able to claim a refund.

I ordered two gift experiences and at checkout only selected gift pack for one of them in error. I immediately contacted C.Service to ask if they could provide a gift pack for the 2nd and I would pay the additional cost. This hasn't been actioned and so all I have is a voucher code for my other child instead of a gift pack! Can't be that hard surely??? Very disappointed

the deal was said to be 50% off and then a further 22%. this was a total lie. the original stated price had been increased by 50% to make this look like a great deal.. i found this out from the supplier when making a booking.i sent an email in complaint asking for an explanation but didnt even get a reply.. total con.

I have still not had the voucher in a gift form which I paid for and was to be posted to me an email form was sent stating this was just in case the other didn't come in time and nothing has come in gift form! I find this very disappointing considering the time that has elapsed and that I paid extra for this service. My daughter's anniversary is today and I'm very disappointed that all I have is a rather scruffy email voucher.

I spoke to adam Kahin and emailed him about my complaint on Monday, and I have still not heard back! I will not be buying another voucher unless I have a satisfactory resolution! V displeased about being robbed off what appeared to be marketed as a good deal!

It's not buy a gift, the delivery is great, very quick, but booked a 3 car high performance trackday, for £130 roughly, but when you go to book it, if you want the higher performance car instead of the flat as a fart one that we've supposedly paid for, it will be an extra £35. Per car, and then theres insurance, what a joke, cover you for £2500. Not alot on a Lamborghini I would have thought maybe the pressure cap,(1). I think the insurance was around £50, So £155 extra you might end up in the car, plus the £130 for the ticket, waste of money completely, Save your money go to Silverstone and do a proper track day, well worth the money,

My Buyagift choice was sent twice due to the fact that the first time it did not arrive the following day despite me paying for next day delivery (this is being refunded)Contact was made by phone to Buyagift who resent gift with same number as previously plus an Evoucher which I emailed to my brother and he was able to download. However he still hasn't had anything via the courier. His birthday was on 8th August.

we bought a buy a gift voucher for Greenwoods hotel and Spa, Stock, Essex for my daughter in law and Granddaughter. We tried to contact them by telephone several times, we hung on, were passed from pillar to post, waited in a queue and eventually got cut off, twice! The same thing happened again this morning! an e mail told us that nothing was available until 3rd and September, by which time they will,have gone home. The receptionist told us the manager was unavailable. So disappointed, a lovely hotel but no customer service.

Purchased a voucher to use for a specific occasion but when I called to book the date (3 weeks in advance) I was told the experience provider has no availability until mid September. Not entirely Buyagift's fault but it means I can't use the experience for the occasion it was intended and may struggle to use it at all, so wasted my money on the voucher. It would be helpful if Buyagift gave some indication of availability on their website before people committed to buying their voucher.

Poor customer service. Experience provider closed down after we had booked our experience. First we found about it was when we arrived as provider failed to answer their phone. Buyagift knew that they had shut down but failed to inform us. All they offered was their usual 20 percent off another experience and the world’s smallest box of chocolates. Not happy

Got a gift for our wedding present, vouchers only last 10 months and run out, they wanted nearly as much as the value in the vouchers to extend them by another 10 months. Stupid validity length and really found it a bit of a cash cow for them making even more money extending the vouchers by another 10 months.
