“Found this site in amongst the others and it was so easy to use, I did have one query but that was quickly sorted out using the "chat" facility. Judging by the reaction of the person I sent the quaich to it was a really good product, he was yelling his thanks to me down the phone.”

“Fantastic customer service!!! Due to a mix up the gift was ordered 24hrs before we needed to present it. the team managed to get it engraved and delivered with in the timeframe. We LOVED the script writing and the quaich - fantastic quality. Would use again.”

“This is a Scottish Custom, I am Scottish ,my son is getting married end November and I will be gifting the Quaich to him, as is the custom. This particular item I am extremely impressed with, its style,design, quality and price. It is a superb gift and a superb example of Scottish workmanship, I am proud to offer this to my son.”

“Absolutely first class service. The responses to my emails were swift and helpful. The quaich itself is just like I had pictured. I had ordered a quaich with an intricate design in the bowl and the finished product is so detailed, it has captured the logo perfectly. The quaich itself arrived within days of placing the order which was an unbelievably fast turnaround. Unfortunately when it arrived there was a small scratch on the inside of the bowl. However the staff were very helpful and arranged a replacement to be sent out straight away with no fuss. All I had to do was pop the quaich back in it's box and print off the free returns label. In fact the replacement arrived before I had a chance to post the original back. Overall a five star service, I cannot fault them at any stage of the process. Would strongly recommend this company to anyone.”
