“Very pleased with The crystal qhaich I purchased recently for anniversary gift . Unfortunately the item was damaged in transit. I was amazed and very pleased with the speed that another item was sent to me. The ladies that dealt with this were superb and I received it within 2 days of initially informing them. Thank you for a beautiful item and exceptional service.”

“This was an anniversary gift for my sister. It was mailed directly to her house in a very timely fashion. It was personalized with date and crest. She and her husband were very pleased with it.”

“Excellent service and arrived a day earlier than expected. Helpful customer service staff (Rachel in particular) when I emailed about the possibility of changing the delivery address. This was not a problem and it duly arrived as promised. Fabulous treatment from start to finish and such a refreshing change in this day and age when you are normally greeted with surly staff who think they are doing you a favour by being there and who take no responsibility for sorting things out. Brilliant. Will certainly be using this company again and can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you.”

“The service was excellent. We needed the Quaich (complete with engraving) in a very short time so we rang them up and the helpful girl said that she would look out for our online order and make sure it was processed straight away. This was done and we received our order (we paid for express delivery) two days later, thank you.”

“Extremely impressed with the quality and design of this very important Quaich which is a wedding present for my son, and as such continues the Scottish Heritage that I and my ancestors strive to maintain as a proud heritage of a a distant clan that has always always been my ancestry, born and bred in the Isle of Lewis although as my father was in the Royal Navy and myself a Regular soldier we never ever forgot our heritage, my son was educated at Queen Victoria School Dunblane and he too has progressed into a military environment. Scotland will always be in our hearts and never forgotten.”

“Arrived punctually. Good quality but smaller than I was hoping but as described (it just that like most men I hoped an inch and a half appeared bigger) but goods were fit for purpose as a symbolic hands across water with some new Canadian friends. Nice design.”

“Very helpful when my first choice was no longer available from the supplier. Answered my e-mails promptly and my final choice arrived exactly as stated. “Item and service very satisfactory - bought as a wedding present to go to America. Quaich is a lovely design, but the picture hardly did it justice. I had expected the inscription to be round the rim not across the bottom of the bowl, but the engraving is excellent, so we can leave it as it is. The web site is not the most user friendly - finding a way back to the Paisley pattern required remembering which others were on the same pasge.”

“Very easy to order, with a choice of styles for personal engraving. I was impressed that before completing my order, I was contacted with advice on how to make my message even better, rather than being sent something that would not have looked right. I adjusted my wording accordingly. The order was completed and despatched very quickly and I am very pleased. It was packaged very well. As this Quaich will be part of our wedding ceremony and then our keepsake of the day, I am very pleased with it.”

“Customer service first-rate, offering helpful interactive chat on the website which steered me in the right direction. Under pressure to buy and receive the quaich, engraved, by a certain date, the order was placed on a Wed night and delivered on Fri morning. Very impressed with the courtesy and promptness of this company. I would definitely recommend them.”

“When I first made enquiries concerning my purchase Sandy in the Sales Department could not have been more helpful.So much so that on taking advice from her I was able to make my purchase there and then.I have received the product as per my order and can honestly say I was not disappointed.In fact I would not hesitate to make recommendations.Thanks to Sandy and to everyone else involved I am truly delighted.I only hope that my nephew and his bride like.I am sure they will.Well done Sandy and everyone else involved.”
