“Bought the glass tankard for my partner as a present. Unfortunately I chose the wrong type as he loves the steel tankard. Would like to exchange but as I have had initials put on, I don't know how that would work. Otherwise its a lovely glass tankard.”

“I was very concerned on 20/12/21 that we could find the right tankard, have it engraved, and delivered by 26/12! In fact David Pryke had the finished mug away the same day! Score would be 5/5 except I have not seen it yet! A brilliant response! Thank you very much. Robert Landgrebe. Wales.”

“Good prices and excellent comms, fast delivery but the last engraved tankards were a little disappointing, maybe it was our logo but it didn't look as good as the very first one we ordered from buytankard.com the large lettering looked as if it wasn't finished correctly, I had to clean the lettering up by scratching from what I could think was glass dust in the actual lettering, I'm sure this is a by-product of the etching system it just looked a bit odd, was ok once id spent 10mins cleaning the dust off. But don't let this put you off, they are very good value.”
