“This was a wonderful service. I wanted a tankard to mark a special birthday at quite short notice. They responded straight away to my amendments and delivery was prompt and successful. The recipient is delighted.”

“We were pleased with tankard and engraving. But I did have to remove several black marks on handle and round edges. A bit of a nuisance.”

“Lovely Black box with black silk interior for a tankard gift I'll be giving someone. It would be even better if it was a little cheaper hence 4 stars. Definitely use this seller again though due to quality & quick delivery”

“Bought the glass tankard for my partner as a present. Unfortunately I chose the wrong type as he loves the steel tankard. Would like to exchange but as I have had initials put on, I don't know how that would work. Otherwise its a lovely glass tankard.”

“My 1 pint tankard is a pleasure to see, the traditional shape, the size, the highly polished surfaces. It enhances the satisfaction of a refreshing drink.”

“Wanted to buy a lovely presentation box for a tankard and this didn't let me down. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size but that aside, I was suitably impressed with the gift and how lovely the inside was.”

“I was very concerned on 20/12/21 that we could find the right tankard, have it engraved, and delivered by 26/12! In fact David Pryke had the finished mug away the same day! Score would be 5/5 except I have not seen it yet! A brilliant response! Thank you very much. Robert Landgrebe. Wales.”

“Service was excellent. The only disappointment was the engraving was not as clear as I had hoped. The tankard itself was good and from the first call to receipt of the goods everything was first class”

“Good prices and excellent comms, fast delivery but the last engraved tankards were a little disappointing, maybe it was our logo but it didn't look as good as the very first one we ordered from buytankard.com the large lettering looked as if it wasn't finished correctly, I had to clean the lettering up by scratching from what I could think was glass dust in the actual lettering, I'm sure this is a by-product of the etching system it just looked a bit odd, was ok once id spent 10mins cleaning the dust off. But don't let this put you off, they are very good value.”
