“Very pleased with the look, quality, and craftsmanship of the tankard I custom ordered. I am only docking a star because I was expecting it to have more heft in the hand. I would have also liked an option to add blackening to the engraving.”

“The tankard arrived promptly and in good condition; it was exactly as advertised. The recipient was very happy with it as he will now be able to join his fellow re-enactors in quaffing ale from an authentic mug in the beer tent after a battle!”

“Would have been a 5 if it had been on time. That being said, the company kept me informed on why it was delayed and I received the tankard yesterday and it is very nicely done, couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. Thanks again. Will definitely order again from the company”

“I'm no expert on tankards but it's very thin. I can sort of glean the stamp on the outside bottom of it on the inside of the bottom. There's also a fine sort of crack or line along the inside where the handle sits. As I said, not an expert and perhaps this is normal. Other than that, the engraving is perfect, the small imperfections I noted are on the inside so they don't really matter in the end and all in all I am very happy. Quick delivery, got my questions answered. Only leaks out the end it's supposed to leak out of. Will certainly purchase another tankard, should I ever need more.”

“My son bought it for his best friends 18th Birthday. Only one issue which my son did not want to cause a fuss about but unfortunately the last speech marks “ were not added onto the engraving, even though it was written clearly on order!”

“Buyatankard.com has an excellent product and when I managed to talk to the office I had superb service and help. The tankard arrived promptly and has been much admired. The only downside I had was the previous evening when I could not order on the web and the person I spoke to also had problems with the stock computer indicating that there were 3 of the one I wanted in stock but not allowing him to order one either.”

“Was happy with the engraving and very surprised at the quick delivery. Ordered it one day and it was delivered the next! Was rather disappointed with the weight of the item. Thought it would be heavier.”
