“I needed a presentation box for a tankard fairly quickly. The lady who dealt with me (I forget her name, apologies!) was very helpful and got the box to me the next day The box was as described, was well packed and exactly what I was looking for.”

“What a great service you provide. A really informative website, helpful staff, quality engraving, fast delivery, a really excellent, quality product. We wanted a commemorative tankard for our cricket club. It arrived very quickly in a nice box and the tankard itself was wrapped in a velvet bag. We couldn't be more delighted with the tankard itself which is beautifully manufactured and engraved. Thanks so much.”

“Definitely 10 out of 10 for customer service, thank you Rachel. We wanted to present a tankard with an engraving of his church to a local minister who is retiring. Rachel replied to enquiries promptly and explained clearly what we had to do: make a line drawing from the original photo which could then be engraved on the tankard. We are very pleased with the result and would certainly recommend the company .”

“Bought a two lined pint pewter glass bottom tankard with my family crest engraved in it. It is quality engineered, the engraving looks good, and it came in the mail on time. I highly recommend doing business with buyatankard.com!”

“Although the tankard arrived and at first very pleased with it. Unfortunately with no fault of yours, my daughter had told me the wrong nam to go on tankard. She initially said the babies name was Ethan David Donald, which I asked for. She now tells me they decided it was to be Ethan David Denys, rest of details are correct. Is there anyway the name of Donald coild be erased and Denys put on instead. we have asked at two places who do engraving and cannot help saying impossible to erase on pewter. Any help you can suggest would be grateful. As I have said it is NO fault of yours as I have bought from you a few times. If it costs i'd be pleased to review it thanking you Mary Back”

“Ordered on Tues eve for a present to be ready for Friday. The Tankard arrived with the inscription as ordered on Thurs morning. It was great service and the Tankard looked really god in its presentation box. Overall very pleased”
