“Hi I ordered three tankards and was very happy with them all. I especially love the glass bottom one. The presentation box was great too and made it such a lovely looking gift. The only thing I can say, is that I was very concerned with, was delivery time. This had nothing to do with buy tankard, it had to do with the delivery method I chose, in the end thankfully they came. The online chatting service was also great as I needed some info before I ordered the tankards. All in all, I have to say I was impressed with the service and I will not hesitate to buy again from this company. Thank you”

“Extremely impressed with the customer service and communication that I have had with this company. The tankard is top quality with a good choice of inscription fonts and was made more unique as they were able to use a logo of our choice. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone wishing to have an engraved tankard for any occasion. very quick delivery time as well.”

“I had to contact you as I hadn't had anything from you regarding dispatch and I had paid for express delivery to ensure the gift arrived on time (it was a gift from our children to my husband for his 40th birthday) I spoke to a lady in your customer service team who told me the tankard we picked was out of stock. I explained my disappointment and she arranged for a different tankard to be immediately engraved and dispatched within the hour. It arrived by 1pm the following day which was his birthday. Excellent product, beautifully engraved and excellent customer care. Thank you”

“What an absolutely first class service. I still can't quite believe that I ordered my tankard late on the Tuesday night and it arrived early on the Thursday morning. A charming girl phoned me just to check exactly how I wanted the inscription and when it arrived I was delighted. The tankard looked just like its photograph and the engraving was beautifully done. If you have left it until the last minute to buy a present for a special occasion, call buyatankard, they will save your life !”

“we ordered a tankard as a retirement gift for a colleague at work, the delivery arrived in 3 days engraved and i it's presentation box and it looked fantastic, we asked for our company logo to be put on the tankard and i have to say it looks great! what a professional company, we are very pleased and would come back to you in the future with no hesitation.”
