“we had a 4day break staying inSouthport from May 6th the hotelSCARISBRICK
was old but clean and comfortable and the meals were good, the 2 excursions
were very good, the Beatles tour and Chester. the coach driver Darren was very
good and very pleasant to talk to. We are looking for another trip later in the year
and it will be with Caledonian Travel”
“Had a coach trip to Blackpool, Monday to Friday on 6th May. The driver, Stephen, was so friendly, helpful and made the journey enjoyable. Everything ran smoothly, and he always had a smile on his face. I hope you let him know that he is doing a great job. It makes all the difference when the driver helps to make the trip a happy experience.”
“Just returned from cornwall newquay.staying at the beresford hotel.the stay was very nice food excelent staff very helpfull and pleasant.

The only thing was we were not told we would be on feeder coach and that did not have cornwall st ives on the front.but st moures not knowing were this place was we did not bother when it pull into coach park,
Also at the other end of the station to were we were to wait.
We arrived at the station at 7 15
But did not know we needed this coach till 8.15 when they were calling the name of the coach destination.curiossity drew me to the coach and asked if this place was in cornwall the lady did not
Know. But the driver asked my name
And said he had me down for newquay. We could hAve missed this couch all you or the driver had to do was from you send text explaining the couch would not say cornwall or the driver to call a y o e for cornwall not st moures.
Plus we also did not know about eden project a few of us on the bus
Had cornish coast but mine had meviguisy as well as st ives i feel
We could have had a longer stay
But the driver made the trip enjoyable but i thought it was worth mensioning for future refrence for any other feeder couch pasanger

“Just returned from 4day trip staying at the adamton country house. Very pleasant stay hotel was comfortable and clean . Plenty of hot water. Food was good home cooked . Staff were very pleasant and helpful. It is a bit dated but a beauitiful country house with original panelling and coving. Rooms are being refurbished. Will stay again. cumbre island and portpatrick were beautiful scenic fishing villages and harbours. Our driver Paul was always happy and chatty. Will be back.”
“Just got back from Llandudno a great break stayed at the new sorrento a lovely hotel staff very good the bus broke down on the way back home but Jim the driver pulled into a service station and rang the company and they another bus but the mechanic on the other bus fixed the problem and we were back on the in two hours a great holiday with my grandmaster she loved it we met some lovely people especially the two ladies that we sat with they were great xx”
“we have just been to liverpool and manchester christmas markets wiith caledonian. our driver chris should have 5 stars, he was helpful, polite and kind throughout our trip. always asking if he could help in any way. the hotel was the skarisbrick in southport, food was lovely and so was the room. if anything was to complain about it would be the fact that on the coach, we did not get the seats i requested when i booked the trip. all in all it was lovely .”
“Great value for money. Mystery tour took us to pitlochry then up to Aberdeen. Dinner overnight stay and breakfast. Accommodation was fine and food was fine. Understaffed and free for all at the dinner time. Dirty plates lying on tables as not enough staff to clear them fast enough for the amount of people coming in. There was a singer but we wernt informed of entertainment, no one seemed to know if there would be or not so missed half of it as we wer in the room. This is the fault of the hotel and organisation. Our driver was dave and he was the best. Great sense of humour and excellent driver. We stopped in Dundee the next day. The only thing was the hotel was outskirts of Aberdeen so not walking distance to see the place or go anywhere. Pretty much stuck at the hotel. I did enjoy the rest of the experience and I will book again.”

Unexpectedly, we stopped off at Biggar and were able to take in their traditional gala day - so enjoyable, as were the stops at Peebles and Moffat.”
“We had a lovely holiday in Blackpool at the Georgian hotel Blackpool carol our bus driver was a good driver .only thing we didn't know that we were going to call at windermere on our way home .caladorian didn't send any email to tell us that this could happen .would still travel again with them”
“Myself and 7 friends were on a mystery tour last Saturday the 14th January and had a brilliant time from the minute we stepped onto the bus until we stepped off in hamilton. The driver John was fabulous and made sure everyone was enjoying themselves, the hotel was lovely, very clean and excellent food , thank you Caledonian tours.”
“Just come home after 4 days in Llandudno and I have to say Neil the driver was fantastic, he had so much knowledge of the area and pointed out things you would not have noticed. The grand Hotel was ok, you could see that lots of areas is in the process of getting painted, the food was alright and the staff was friendly and helpful although you couldn't get a cup of tea or coffee with evening meal. 230 the room didn't have a sea view but was clean and comfortable. One of the best holidays we've had.”
