"I like in Canada and bought a like new set of apex 21 irons from Callaway preowned. The set arrived and they were in horrendous shape. Each of the 7 irons were either dented or the faces of the clubs had be severely marked up from use. When I contacted them they asked for pictures which I provided and they said yes these irons were not in the advertised condition and offered $35 for the error. I asked for a replacement set as I had bought a like new set and was sold a below average set. They said no, and to send back if I wanted to. So I have to send back at my cost ($110) and I am out the customs cost of $155. To only offer $35 compensation for their mistake is appalling, but I think this may be a sales tactic they are now using to move stock. rate it higher than it is and if there is push back to offer a stupid low compensation and hope that plus the nuisance to ship back makes the customer keep the clubs. Very poor business practice as they admitted they made a mistake and would not make it right . I will be telling all my Canadian golf buddies to steer clear."
