“Great products and easy to find accessories on the website. Held back a star due to poor packaging. A very heavy gas burner send in an oversized box without protective packaging. Just luck the items were not damaged. Box was a mess.”

Thank you for your feedback, it is very important to us. We are sorry to hear that your delivery took longer than normal. We have looked into this and can see that the delivery took 7 working days rather than our usual 3-4 working days as stated on our website. This was due to the delivery service signing the job to the wrong depot which resulted in the pallet sitting delayed for a couple of days until it was brought to our attention. Once this was highlighted it was resolved as swiftly as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience the delay caused you.

“Purchased a 13Kw Patio Flame tower heater on line. The igniter/ burner section did not work, I was asked questions such as, " Did you put the battery in, is it in the correct way ". Then between Calor / Outback saying the other was responsible it two weeks of e-mails to get proper responce, which was " we don't have another one in stock we'll pick it up and refund you. A month wasted”
