“It's ok. Fast delivery, gas heater is working. There was cosmetic dent on the item, but still is functional. I'm surprised top of the heater goes really hot. As will work mostly in the shed - is not critical. Nice to got discount card, so if I go to buy next hardware definitely I check Calor.”

“I bought a catalytic gas heater and am happy with it. It pumps out loads of heat on the lowest setting and am sure it is better than the old one we have. The heater arrived quickly and am very satisfied with the service.”

“I'm really happy with the product, I love the fact it looks like a real fire not like the old superser. Awesome heat from it and I have an apartment with really high ceilings so this has helped for the cold days. Delivery was quick and I got a €10 voucher”

“Received my order promptly and everything was in order! Thank you! It was one day later than advised but it was in the days leading up to Christmas plus Covid raging so it was understandable. The courier is the best of the courier companies around and advised me when it was going to be delivered so I was happy enough!”

We can see that you placed your order on our website and can confirm that all of our prices are displayed on the product page to inform customers prior to an order being placed. The product you ordered came with free pallet delivery so no charge was added on for any other service other than the product you purchased. We can also see that you received a free Calor Gas Voucher with your product.

“The customer experience was absolutely dreadful. My mother was unable to complete purchase and asked me to do it for her. I was first of all redirected to a third party payment gateway site which didn't work and then had to try again using paypal. The process took ages and I definitley would have given up if it was just for myself.”
