“Spend your money elsewhere. when buying the 13kW Stainless Steel Gas Patio Flame Tower I had multiple issues with this product. First of all the parts were the wrong size. Then the gas burner was defective. each time had to be referred to the Manufacturer . I've had the product a month and can finally use it. When spending over 300 euro on a gas heater I would expect it to be perfect first time. Not to mention its a tedious job to but it together. (removing all the plastic from the parts was very time consuming)”

We are sorry to hear that you had several issues with your Patio Heater, Unfortunately, as we do not keep spare parts, they had to come directly from the manufacturer. The protective plastic that covers the heater is for protection against marks and scratches. We are happy to hear that your issues have now been resolved and you are able to use your Patio Heater. We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you.

“Calor gas heaters are great fo us in our senior years as they are easy to use and give instant heat . As we ordered our heater on line we were able to see all the different models. When we had chosen the heater we wanted it was delivered withn 2 days . ... very happy with the overall experience..”

“I bought 2 patio heaters in January 2022. I initially had problems getting it to work after assembling the heaters. I reached out to customer service and they provided me with the below instuctions to follow and it worked. Thank you. 1. Connect the regulator to the bottle and turn to the on position 2. Press and hold down the control knob at the 9 o'clock positions for 1min – 1 and a half minutes WITHOUT pressing the ignition to purge the air out 3. Walk away from the heater for a minute to let any gas build-up disperse 4. Follow the initial instructions again, and the heater should light. If this doesn’t work, please follow the instructions again.”
