Greater portable heater, delivery was not good, they left it beside my house and I got an email saying my item was delivered and signed by me when I didn't.

I’m very happy with my Provence heater and the delivery service was excellent I have a query when I purchased my appliance I paid 460 euro then a few days later I noticed price dropped to 400 euro can you give me an explanation Yours sincerely Darren McDonnell

Unfortunately we are unable to know when prices will change or management will decide to have a sale or discount on products, this is the same for most companies and businesses and unfortunately some customers will end up paying more.

I ordered a glasshouse heater on line from calor and then needed some advice about fitting. I spoke to a gentleman call Alan who was apsolutly amazing, he explained what i ordered was not right for what i needed. He made sure my order was cancelled so I wouldn't get caught for return fees on item, and then rang me next day to comfirm everything we spoke about and checked that I had received my refund. The lovely man went above and beond his job to ensure I received the best customer service, and is a brilliant asset to ur company. I have told so many of my friends about the amazing service from Calor online. 10 out of 10 to Alan for his help.

We are sorry to hear that you are missing items from your product and can see that the manufacturer forwarded out the initial part that arrived damaged quite quickly. However, we can see that you are still awaiting screws as these were not reported missing at the same time as the initial fault which has resulted in a delay. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

I do love this little gas fire however I can’t understand how all the instruction manuals were stuck inside it. We had to take apart the whole thing, & pull the brochures out through the vents as they would catch fire if left there. So ya, that made no sense! Otherwise love it 👍🏼

The pigtail ends on the auto changeover do not fit Irish LPG cylinders. They are for UK cylinders.

Both the Irish and UK fitting regulators are sold on the online shop and unfortunately, the one ordered was the UK version. Please call our Customer Service Team for advice on how to resolve this as easy as possible.
