“La primera vez que hice un pedido fue de maravilla, atención perfecta y resultados perfectos. Ahora la segunda y última vez no fue de la misma manera... La atención no fue la mejor, al principio, aún no siendo igual de amena que la primera, no tenía queja. Pero hubo complicaciones con el pedido ajenas a nosotros y nos atendieron de una manera fría, distante y nada empática. En el segundo pedido, pedimos camisetas blancas estampadas, y parte de ellas se notaba que era antiguo stock, porque estaban amarillentas y hasta con alguna que otra mancha. El diseño de la estampación, aún habiendo dado el OK correctamente, no fue el acordado. El servicio de atención al cliente después fue nefasto.”

“The quality of the magnets and stickers is very good. I have bought a lot of them. Unfortunately i ordered vintage metal mugs which were of a very bad quality. Camaloon told me that they would make new ones for free, but i never got them! It is very difficult to contact them and to get an answer!”

“Sometimes it miss 1 badge in my command. (100) And When I send an email to contact them to change something with my command, I have no answer .. or I got an answer too late .. You should be able to answer in less than one day .. If you want to cancel 10 min or 1h after your order you won't be able to cancel because of that.”
